What does "apps sleep when idle" mean on the Free plan?
A Free-plan app with no traffic for a while is scaled to zero — it uses no resources and costs nothing. The next request wakes it automatically in a few seconds. Pro and Team apps never sleep.
How many projects and databases can I create?
Free comes with 3 projects and 1 database — plenty to try things out. Pro and Team have no limit on either. Databases with no connections for 24 hours are stopped automatically (your data is kept; restart them in one click from the dashboard).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page in one click — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, plus a 7-day grace window.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic. Your apps keep running for a 7-day grace period while Paddle retries the card. If payment still fails, your containers are paused — your data and configuration are kept, and everything resumes when you update your payment method.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes — plan changes are prorated automatically, so you only ever pay for what you actually use.
